Inside Sales (Former Employee) –  Toledo, OHJuly 22, 2019
They try to create a culture for their work environment. The main problem they come in below the average pay scale. Those who are hired have little experience. And, then leave when they gain experience.

Stay Away Fremont Branch
Warehouse/Driver (Former Employee) –  Fremont, OHJuly 5, 2019
The managers are friendly to your face and snakes behind your back. The employees all get paid different wages based upon same job. They will give you heavier work load based on if they are mad at you or you’re their buddy you’ll have a easy work load. They expect you to travel to sandusky or Toledo on any given day even if you put you’re not willing to travel. This is a dead end job and employer.

Will suck the life out of you
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) –  Cleveland, OHJune 19, 2019
I was one of two drivers that we had, majority of days consisted of delivering cabinets, windows and other things like hot water tanks, furnaces etc. Most of those days we didn't have enough work to keep us out past noon (I started at 8). Overtime was nonexistent and upper management was clueless. Raises are given annually after a review and the max you can get is 20 cents. If you want to make good money/overtime stay far far away.

Employees are overall nice to work with and helpful. Most will do what they can to help you if you need anything. Communication could be better among the employees and management.
Pros
Yearly bonus
Cons
Higher healthcare costs. Need to pay more for experience

Loader/Unloader (Former Employee) –  Sebring, OHJune 10, 2019
You choose how you want your experience to go! Many employees get bored of a job right away, and lose the will to be a good worker! Think good, you'll do excellent! Think average, you could alter what could have been a good work day for yourself!
Pros
Good job security.
Cons
Stay out of he say-she say.

Associate (Former Employee) –  Sebring, OHMay 23, 2019
It's an ok place to work, the work is not that difficult. However, middle managers have no idea what their doing, nor care about trying to fix the issues. The new top boss seems like he cares and is trying to fix things, but his lower managers do not belong in their positions....Seriously all of them its a bro network, with the same people being demoted and re-promoted into the same roles, absolutely no chance for advancement.
Pros
Paycheck
Cons
Terrible managers, raises, and benefits.

Driver (Current Employee) –  Youngwood, PAMay 2, 2019
Management is a seroius failure. They throw everything on their leads. Except for the slack off one during the day. Cannot communicate at all. Supervisors ask for changes and try to fix things and nothing ever gets done by management. If you totally suck at your job you get promoted to a made up position. Some of the best guys are now gone. Nice job Management!! I wont be far behind!!

Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) –  Sebring, OHApril 16, 2019
Must be able to stand on equipment 10- 14 hours a day. Heavy lifting required. Heavy items are stored in the racks on top where it’s hard / difficult to reach. Scanners run off a 80s program. Inventory is not where it’s supposed to be.

Truck Driver Class A CDL (Former Employee) –  Sebring, OHJanuary 4, 2019
They don't hire enough people to do the job ,so they overwork the people that they have until they're miserable ,and quit. And then they don't have anybody that knows how to do the job when then they hire more people. So they have to train them, which even throws the company even further behind.
Pros
Pays decent.
Cons
Poor management of workers and time.

Order Selector (Former Employee) –  Youngwood, PADecember 22, 2018
Overworked and underpaid and unappreciated employee's ran by overpaid lack of experience supervisors. There was 1 lead that truly kept the place running somewhat smooth and the higher ups never gave him the respect or recognition or even the pay he should have gotten. They preach that it's a family run and family atmosphere but the place is a joke. I hope it goes bankrupt n probly will since they overcharge for everything

Okay
Yep (Former Employee) –  OhioNovember 24, 2018
If you’re not related or friends within the family or know somebody higher up. Wasn’t a lot of room for advancement. Expect more for less. Dropped our bonus % randomly after They spent money on a “company” jet they said was for business but would go on vacation and trips to sporting events etc. with it. raises went by % so only if you were in a higher position was it worth anything. workers on average would get 1% of hourly wage. Profit sharing checks went by % so higher positions only got a good cut. Nice to have benefits but Premiums weren’t good and paid 30-50% per doctor visits.. favoritism. They preach culture and family but it’s all about image and profits. OSHAA would have a field day with some of the buildings.
Pros
Was a job. It paid the bills barely. Some of the workers are really good people.
Cons
A lot.

General Manager (Former Employee) –  Somewhere, KYNovember 14, 2018
Famous was an alright place to work at first. Then the President of the division I was in turned on me. Wanted to dictate how I ran my warehouse.
If you're thinking of working there, don't, go to McDonald's, probably get paid more and better management across the board. The owners have no backbone either.

Nothing

Warehouse Associate (Current Employee) –  Columbus, OHNovember 6, 2018
My typical work day is fast paced, hands on, and I learn a lot from the people I work with. We make it a point to have fun at work, while making sure our work is done and the customers are taken care of. It's like working with a big family every day.
Pros
We have pot lucks on a regular basis, my managers understand what I do, & it's like a big family here
Cons

Not really a family environment like they profess. The top management is pretty good, in the middle you have several who undermine. Pay and benefits are poor.

Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) –  Sebring, OHAugust 13, 2018
This company is a sweat shop.People are forced to work 12 - 16 hours a shift. It is a good old boys club and they play favoritism . There are many associates that are related to each other and they get promoted. New jobs are not listed, they are given to whomever they want. Long term employees that have been loyal to the company are considered replaceable and treated unfairly. Raises were rediculous. The moral of employees was terrible.
Pros
Free water and cofee
Cons
smokers were allowed to take many long breaks.
