Prodution and good steady work
Press Technician (Former Employee) –  Lavonia, GAAugust 2, 2018
Good place to work, should pay a little more, but for someone just starting out it can be a good place to work. I would work there again if they sized the pay rate.

Easy work, really low pay, no raise or advancement.
CNC Machinist (Current Employee) –  Lavonia, GAApril 17, 2018
Good place to work to get a quick paycheck. Very low pay with no raise or advancement opportunities even if you have a college education. As one person said get your training and get out. Benefits are useless. Cost over $100 a week for basic medical for your family and charge $4000 deductibles. No vacation time for a year.

Fast Pace as long as you can keep up with it. Some days you might be over swamp some days you might have little to nothing but either way you got to remain busy

It’s a very small building but it has a lot to offer once you get in and get your hands dirty you’ll become at ease with everything else the people are very nice.

I feel it is a somewhat stressful environment
Welder (Current Employee) –  Lavonia, GAJanuary 22, 2018
The job setting is stressful and I feel the employees are underpaid. While this employer
offers there is room for advancement they leave you in the position you are originally
hired. They also don't give raises in ample timing.

Only Work Here If You Have No Other Options
Lower Management (Former Employee) –  Lavonia, GANovember 19, 2017
This place has absolutely no communication. They expect everyone to be psychic. When things don't get done because of the poor communication, the upper management screams and cusses like a bunch of idiots. The pay rate is very low for the metal stamping industry they serve. They start new hires out at $9.00 per hour. It is extremely hard to get raises here and they don't give cost of living raises. Most people here are still making the same amount they made years ago. They will advance you to a higher position but will not give you the pay rate for that position. They always have an excuse as to why you are not getting paid the correct rate for the job you are doing. The turnover rate is VERY high here. You always have at least 3-5 new employees per shift per week coming in and 3-5 employees who quit. This turnover is mostly due to the low wages and the very hard, dirty, physical labor the company expects from the employees. They do offer benefits but the cost is very expensive compared to other companies. If you must work here, the best thing to do is get trained on a machine and then go to work somewhere else after you learn to run the machine. Another company will pay you twice the amount to run one of these machines.
Pros
Overtime, coworkers

Management, pay, no raises, no advancemet

Forklift Operator / Material Handler (Current Employee) –  Lavonia, GAAugust 26, 2017
Suppose to have a daily job schedule. Always changed without communicating to me. Jobs on dispatch would change without any notice.

Management must think we are psychic when they change on the fly. Very micro management on everything else.

Fanello Industries is a great place to work to launch your career. You will get a lot of experience in production and exposure. Growth is limited to how far you can go. Work conditions are tough.

Low pay, harsh environment, quarterly bonus, no layoffs
Associate, operator (Current Employee) –  Lavonia, GAFebruary 6, 2016
Very low entry level pay. Pay increases are very hard to get. Little room for advancement within company, good jobs are always given to outside/new hires. Management talks a good game, but they rarely follow through with there promises.

Very large machines, heavy parts, oily parts, sharp edges, oily floors, poor ventilation, Giant coils of steel, giant dies and tool sets, large forklifts, limited work space, little to no training, and a very high turnover rate make for a harsh work environment.

If you really need a job and have limited options there always hiring. Company hasn't ever had a layoff.
Pros
Location, no layoffs
Cons
Low pay, harsh environment, no advancement, poor training
