Literally the worst experience of my life, over and over again. I feel like I’m in prison, but I’m I haven’t done anything wrong. You’re judged the second you walk in that booth, monitored by a camera looking right at you every second of every shift. Only been here a little over a month, actively seeking new work.
I never did a drug test and actually the first two years they hired everyone and no drug test . In 2019 They did the swabs test but they were hiring everyone even if I came out positive. Also don’t do background check. They have s. offenders in the company with active cases
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Faneuil a better place to work?
Delete all the supervisors, floor walkers. All of them cause drama at the Wichita location, and instead of firing them, they promote them.
It's Bi-Weekly but check your check because if you were told you got a raise or you worked OT hours....chances are high they might not be on there!!
Not being able to goose-step in accordance with procedure holding one arm raised straight out palm forward halting traffic while barking commands to awaiting employees for a much needed break all within the State controlled cameras eyes.
I was FIRED.
Embarrassing. Employers ask me how did I lasted for so long. To be honest, because I really loved what I do and I am very loyal and stable. Even when I knew I wasn’t getting paid right. I don’t know how I let this poor management company disrespect me for so long
