Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Herndon, VA – April 23, 2018
I was at this position for 2 years and NEVER got a chance for advancement, the pay was extremely low and management was all types of messes. Was treated horribly by both managers and attitude was very negative. Very demoralizing for employees. I was VERY happy when I was offered a different and better position elsewhere.
5 minute drive from my home at the time, did meet great customers
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Sacramento, CA – February 6, 2019
As my first call center job, it was such a great experience! Supervisor, managers are always there to help you and treat you equal, they are flexible with your schedule and they provide the necessary tools for you to advance and succed on your carrier path.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Sacramento, CA – February 4, 2019
the other employees do little and favorites are payed to bully. The management is a joke. they want you to not get holiday for clocking in 4 mins late the day AFTER A HOLIDAY anything to not pay you. HR is trash. Managers are garbage and a results the employees dgaf
Bilingual Customer Service Representative. (Former Employee) – Hampton, VA – January 30, 2019
I learned about the benefits for medical insurers of Connecticut. It was a good experience, the supervisors were good and understanding to people and they have free parking for employees. I would recommend to work with them to friends. Recommendation: Raise the salary for bilinguals.
Customer Service Rep II (Current Employee) – Plano, TX – January 25, 2019
The company was contracted by North Texas Toll Authority but does not offer their employees the same benefits as the NTTA employees get. There was very little lack of appreciation shown by the company to boost employee morale, however NTTA was constantly making their employees feel as though they had a secure future with the company.
In order to become a supervisor with Faneuil you would first need to be a team lead with no raise expected, although you are the first point of contact with customer issues while the supervisors sit at their desks listening to calls while playing on their cellphones. Then you only got offered a supervisor position when a supervisor quit or got fired. There are some leads that have been leads for the over 2 years with no raise.
I was disheartened by the lack of professionalism shown by many of the supervisors and coworkers which is part of the reason Faneuil lost it’s contract this year.
Exemplary Human Resources manager.
Although your clients who needed more than 6 minutes to resolve their issues were very grateful, the company would threaten your job because the call was over 6 minutes.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Wichita, KS – January 25, 2019
Great place to work. It has its flaws like any other job but me I just stay to myself and get my work done. As long as you were on time and did your work then its a pretty laid back job and definitely room for advancement.
No problems just stay to yourself
Don't trust everyone including supervisors when it comes to your business
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Clifton Forge, VA – January 19, 2019
Very stressful environment. You are never offered a pay raise. As a CSR you do much more than just answer phones, the responsibility that comes with that job is worth more than 10.50 an hour with no possibility of a raise. You are allowed 30 minutes a month for bathroom time, every minute counts.
S.I.T. (Supervisor) (Current Employee) – Ft. Lauderdale, FL – January 18, 2019
This job continues to hire people, yet they are shutting down the Broward cluster ( Commercial to Sample toll plaza) March, 2019. The working conditions are unsafe. You have to cross the turnpike and alot of drivers to heed the small stop sign they give the toll workers or the red light when the toll booth has closed. The people who you work with are conniving and rude. They gossip and run to management to report employees. The pay is horrendous. $8.62 an hr and if you become a supervisor you get a $ 2 increase. The service center will call you all hours day and night and ask you to cover shifts when workers call out. They especially love to do so when the shift has started for the employee who had called out. No stability, no safety and you are monitored via security cameras, I wouldn't be surprised if there is one in the bathrooms. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND WORKING AT THIS COMPANY.
Customer service representative (Current Employee) – Kennesaw, GA – January 12, 2019
This place is a complete joke. The company does not truly appreciate you. If you’re looking for a job thay is exciting. You should probably consider looking at other places. Also you can’t even go to the bathroom unless you take time off your break.
FANEUIL isn't THE PROBLEM. FANEUIL seems like a productive company with opportunities for most people who qualify. The State Employees control every business aspect at the Toll Plazas. Every decision from clocking IN /OUT to what you could carry openly in the hallway OR entrance to the facility due to the watching eye of THE STATE and The Plaza Manager critiquing every move you make. ALL IS WELL if you're compliant with the Rules. This creates a very unstable work environment when you under such oppression. I was FIRED after video review by the STATE and Supervisors who are completely under the fear of losing their position, determined that I showed Acts of Aggression falsely just to get me out of the Plaza for good. The Manager never gave me a chance with a warning OR perhaps some counseling to guide me back into favor with the Company. Totally Unfair business practices which they don't have to account for, it's NOT required in most states to even GIVE a REASON or help an Employee get back on track with counseling or whatever is necessary to secure the investment the Company has already made in hiring you, training you.
Like working outside
Rules, More Rules, State controlled Socialist hippies
Former Employee (Former Employee) – Scottsbluff, NE – January 7, 2019
Highest turn over rate I have ever witnessed. Management is also unprofessional when it comes to issues inside the company. Management will not support you as an employee and will throw you under the bus instead of attempting to assist you with any issues.
Business Readiness Manager (Current Employee) – Kennesaw, GA – January 1, 2019
Previously I worked for Vertex, and upon being acquired by Faneuil my hope was that this would open doors, however it closed them as the leadership at Faneuil didn't have much strategy and vision to speak of, and the corporate functions that should have supported us did not.
Seasonal Customer Care Representative (Former Employee) – Bristol, CT – December 30, 2018
Loved working there my supervisor was the best co-workers are friendly and helped a lot, yes there is a bit of drama but besides that nothing as long as you are concentrated on doing your job it doesn't matter anything else. only reason I left was because of health issues
this job requires a lot of standing, handling money, taking care of customers. You work in a small booth alone. the hard part is up and down the stairs, 20 up 20 down.Meeting new people every day, some funny others not so much. different every day what a rush. The managers are pretty cool, do there job and make sure you do yours. keeping good scores on reviews always a plus, free pizza. make good friends here, nice to work with.
