As in all business, we have ups and downs. We believe the future of banking overall and our approach to serving members is bright! So far, 2018 is looking to be a strong year. Job rotations, personal development and an empowerment culture are helping our team members gain strong foundational knowledge of the banking industry and providing personal service to our customers. Banking is ever-evolving and we are doing our part to offer products and services (such as mobile banking, remote deposit capture, competitive interest rates, etc.) to exceed our customer needs. Join our team and you will see how your efforts everyday create our overall success!

Answered by FARM BUREAU BANK

The future of Farm Bureau Bank, poor. I call this bank the "little bank that can't" for good reason! The only reason they've been in business for almost 20 years is mainly having to do with their core customer base (Southerners), very nice folk and very loyal (even to a fault), and all the Farm Bureau Insurance agents referrals (themselves mainly Southerners). Trust me, take away the Southern equation from this place to where they would have to stand on their own, they would sink faster than the Titanic!
