Commission based pay, with your only incentive being a quota and your paycheck. Morning meetings to "pump you up" and practice pitches. Only good pay if you make quota which is difficult because If somebody cancels Their subscription from previous weeks it takes away from your current number for the current week, reducing your pay. Not exactly fair. Any time spent traveling to and from neighborhoods to canvas is Counted as canvassing time. That adds hours of time against your quota. - more...
