Good company, great products even a bit pricey. Working here is not advised as the DMs are not interested in seeing new agents advance it seems. They provide very little support and are not interested in doing anything other than holding a occasional meeting.

Its a high stress sales environment with little help from upper management, Benefits are good but expensive and the pay is not as good as it used to be.

The locations fluctuate in terms of Quality of management and training. They seem to have a corporate structure similar to franchisees. Thus, the experience will be very different for different locations, but they all abide by a company rulebook, which is my experience was loosely followed.
Centralized Subpoena Unit Specialist in Caledonia, MI

During my time with the company, I met a lot of great people. Unfortunately, When it comes to reviews of performance you are rated on a bell curve. If you are in a large department it's okay, but if you are in a small department only a couple of people will be rated at the highest level and someone will always be at the lowest no matter how each person is truly performing. This creates a cutthroat environment. If you move into a small department and the hierarchy of performance is established, you do not have the opportunity to be rated at the higher levels no matter how good your performance is. As you move higher in your pay range, you will be throttled in your raises so that you cannot move up in pay. You will be held to the middle of the pay grade.
