High stress, basically a call center environment that requires a degree. I didn’t go to school for 4 years to work in a call center. There’s also too much inconsistency. They tell you how things should be but then don’t back you up when a situation comes up where you made a decision based on what they’ve told you about that exact situation in the past. The pay isn’t worth the stress.
