I was constructively discharged based on my age. I believe Farmers looks for reasons to get rid of people over age 50.

I was being harassed, retaliated, and discriminated against. HR did absolutely nothing about it and let it continue. Do not join this company, especially workforce management!!

Terrible mistake! Poor training and they fail to mention how much DEBT you will get in trying to “build your own business” on very little pay and you will owe everything back to Farmers that they pretend to “give” you yo help start your business. Horrible rates also. Costly lesson learned. DM was a jerk too.

Lack of clear direction from leadership regarding the goal in my position. Met objectives 10 months out of the year, but due to an escalated call or a process mistake, during 'calibration' it would be determined I was no longer meeting the objective. Volunteered for projects no one wanted and took on additional work from lower-performing coworkers, but it was always overlooked. I was up for promotion twice and my manager said verbatim,'It's a no right now, but lets look at the numbers in 6 months.' This was after I was rewarded an Excellence in Claims Superior Service Award on two different occasions.

Great company to work for years ago. Now not sure who they are anymore. Sad to see a once proud and employee friendly company that has become all about the money and not so much the agents or the customers.
