Lack of structure combined with poor management
Written by Accounting Specialist/Accounts Receivable (Former Employee) from Killdeer, ND on April 4, 2013
This location does not even have a handbook for employees!! The general manager is more concerned about growing than he is about handling the current workload! Office staff is incredibly incompetent and are expected to work at levels far beyond their mental capabilities. The general manager doesn't care if an employee is stealing money/merchandise from - more ... a location because he thinks taking a hit is cheaper than employing the correct people to prevent the behavior! - less
Prosoilfield activity has had a positive effect on compensation
Conspoor management, zero structure
