We do not have high employee turnover. We do treat employees with respect and value our company culture. We do have multiple employees that are proud of this culture and have worked here for over 5 years. We are not a company with a large corporate structure and any employee can freely communicate and work with any other department. Many of our great ideas that help move our company forward come from all different employees from different departments.
I worked there for more than a year and I've seen enough people coming and going. Except for the management and some guys in the warehouse, everybody was actively looking for other jobs, all the time
Company is lack of structure or system what so ever and very micromanagement. Everything is running and depending on the mood of the owner. It is a very stressful to work here. Most of employees here pretty much doing day-to-day basis, no one wants to do above and beyond.
There is nothing positive there but just some employees that are really nice and friendly. There is a chaotic owner and a director that treat employees really bad, disregarding the so-called system. The company has no system/structure at all.
Is a contest about "how many times I throw my employees under the bus to protect my back and take all the credit".
Employee turnover is high so you cannot build anything healthy there
Positive atmosphere. employees & management help each other out. Well structured. In addition, it is very family-oriented.
