The patients. It doesn’t matter if you treat them like perfect angels and give them exactly what they want, they will complain on you for their bill (which you have no control of) or their wait (which you also have no control of).
It takes one time for somebody to write a bad review, but they will never write a good one for you
The staff that you work with. I worked at the Brownsville and Covington Clinic. They both are very unprofessional. Office politics, cliques, if they don't like you or they feel you don't "belong" in their little circles, trust and believe they will try to get rid of you. From the clinic manager down to the front desk they're all petty like that. Corporate really needs to take a visit to those clinics and just clean house. Get rid of those people before they end up with a lawsuit.
The atmosphere - very hositle and bad if you don't fit in. Something different every day it seems and you get pulled in the middle of stuff that you are like "does this matter". Wondering when management gets anything done.
