Hiring inadequately motivated staff due to low pay rates increasing stress and burn-out for those with stronger work ethic and the self-motivated. Jipping PTO payout for former employees when it's in the employee handbook that it will be paid out. (no stipulations on tenure requirements are in this written policy either)

Hiring knowledgeable managers with more tenure under their belts with proven record of supporting their teams is a good start!! Managers should know more then their staff unless it's an unusual situation. SUPPORT THEIR STAFF AND STRENGTHEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS UP AND DOWN THE LADDER!!! Know and understand that there are employees who will not care about their jobs more than their managers support them to!!

Managers get minimal PTO at best. Even though their policy in their employee handbook now states that remaining PTO is paid out when the employee is no longer with the company, you'll NEVER see it!!!

The corporate office VP of Ops (Carrie) in AZ is the absolute worst, completely unqualified for the job and ignorant beyond words. She has no clue how to respect and/or appreciate the hard working staff. Overworked and under paid describes the company well.
