Hiring inadequately motivated staff due to low pay rates increasing stress and burn-out for those with stronger work ethic and the self-motivated. Jipping PTO payout for former employees when it's in the employee handbook that it will be paid out. (no stipulations on tenure requirements are in this written policy either)
Pay is not great, they won't staff the place
Better pay. We are not compensated fairly for all that we do.
I worked at FastMed little over 6 months very stressful place to work and my manager expected way too much out of me and didn't offer to help at all very poor training he gave me I ultimately left because of this
#1: Too low of pay
#2: Lack of adequate staff and too high of patient volume
The pay is on the lower end in comparison to other companies.
When hired promised certain things and they were never given.

Better pay, work-life balance, and better manager

The workload; working the back office we are required to do everything from the moment the patient steps foot into the back office. Now I'm not complaining about the duties just the staffing. Most of the time there is only one tech working the back and seeing an average of 60+ patients a day can really burn you out.
