Managers should know more then their staff unless it's an unusual situation. SUPPORT THEIR STAFF AND STRENGTHEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS UP AND DOWN THE LADDER!!! Know and understand that there are employees who will not care about their jobs more than their managers support them to!!
