Hiring knowledgeable managers with more tenure under their belts with proven record of supporting their teams is a good start!! Managers should know more then their staff unless it's an unusual situation. SUPPORT THEIR STAFF AND STRENGTHEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS UP AND DOWN THE LADDER!!! Know and understand that there are employees who will not care about their jobs more than their managers support them to!!

Start caring more about your employees. Better pay, more employees to work every day at the clinics so there is not just one GSS, one MA, and one PA.
