Company has forgotten their own rules, operating philosophy. This used to be a place of family, familiarity. It is now changing everything, and only looking for profit and other "generic" , and "robotic" people.
I am a current employee of Fatz in Athens and I see a bright future for this restaurant. There's a lot of regular customers and people in Athens that like Fatz and keep coming back. The management and front and back of house staff has improved greatly. I think our hospitality and caring attitude will continue to bring people back. All restaurants have ups and downs and you can't please everyone. But Fatz is a great place to eat and work with caring staff!

Dont see it lasting long
Agree with the previous statements. Was great, alot of recent upper management turnover. Was a private company with great values, now just like any other corporate chain. . . numbers, numbers, numbers. Changed the core menu, guests hate it, traffic down, servers quitting in masses.
I would give it 2 years max until complete shutdown.
I pray it succeeds. With the constant change in the chain of command (along with the different views resulting in many constant changes) I find the future looking rather dismal. But, there are those few who continue to have the right attitude and are doing everything they can to make it work.
The present is terrible. Understaffed from the top to the bottom. Best employees leaving in droves.
The future is not bright for this company.
