The process for myself was through a temp service. We went in and introduce ourselves,The instructor would go over the assignments or booklet on what we had to do,to go through the hiring process, we read the booklet and a test would follow that, which you would have to make 90 or above, take a drug test,at that point he/she would give you a report date on who you need to see and have on proper dress code, with include, steel toe boots, white tee shirt, along with slacks, blue, tan,or blue jeans,no hole,no logo's, and well groomed. Then you would meet your supervisor and safety supervisor to go over safety rules and regulation,of the plant and given a neon vest, safety googles and gloves, your work shift and who you would be training with for a week or so.
