I start by counting cash, then checking prep levels. Then check the roster for the day laying out the best possible plan for offering the best guest service. Check the store physically for any issues. Run shift making sure to interact with just about every dine in guest and every fifth to six car in drive thru. Handle breaks and make sure the associates - more... needs are taken care. Keep the associates motivated to take care of the guests. - less
