As an hourly employee it can vary from 4 - 8+ hours. Any shift longer than 5 hrs earns you a 30 minute meal break which can only be taken during non busy times.
As a manager, typical shift is 9 hours without a meal break. You can eat at any time of your shift, you just can't clock-out. Depending on the store you work at and how busy it gets or how short handed you are though, finding time to eat can be near impossible. Don't be surprised if you're asked to work 12 hour shifts instead of 9 hours and if you're working 7 days a week instead of 5. Also there is no schedule consistency for a manager. You can be expected to work from 2pm-10pm and come back to work 6am-2pm and come back to work at 10pm-6am. Sometimes it is very difficult to find time to eat, sleep, and/or have a life outside of Zippy's.
As a manager - too much
There's a shortage of managers

The working hours are 9 hours minus the 1 hour for lunch. Then you have to wait for the next shift.
