Not the best but NOT the worst either
The agency and the mission that it has is great. The supervisors are supportive of advancement and growth. The only down side is the expense of the benefits that are offered. You are literally working to pay for health insurance which is ridiculous

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There are so many reasons I could give, but I will just say, I worked here for over 3 years and the only reason I stayed so long is because of the people I worked every day to keep safe. Tough and rewarding work
Fast paced work environment and no day is the same. Supporting victims in crisis navigate systems. Opportunity to grown and learn new things. While the work is hard and there is very little down time while there you are helping people every day.

Difficult but necessary work
The agency is mission-driven and most want to do good work. It can be frustrating when some are not in it for the right reasons. There is a strong sense of team and the job can be what you make it. This work is really difficult (though nothing in comparison to clients) but can be so rewarding. PTO benefits are good (more than other places).
