Great place to work
Truck Driver (Former Employee) - North Chili, NY - September 26, 2023
Loved working here. Other driver are super helpful. Only one boss that can be tough to deal with but other than that a piece of cake. Would’ve stayed had the pandemic not messed things up.

Truck Driver Class A (Current Employee) - Huber Heights, OH - August 31, 2023
I would say the best part of this job is the pay and benefits. Center manager is great, some other OM’s are great as well, others not so much. You learn as you work who is going to have your back and who isn’t. The work isn’t terrible just some workers don’t care as much as others do.
Pros
Good management, great pay and benefits
Cons
Employees don’t care about the freight.

OK job, not keeping up with the competitions pay you are just a number to them not a individual.
Semi Truck Driver (Current Employee) - Rockford, IL - August 21, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Middle of the road pay. Feast or famine. Mandatory o.t. when busy. 20-30 hours a week when slow. Typically ltl situation. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Enough hours when slow. Giving up all your free time when busy. At times feel like you are exploited and don't care if you don't get enough to survive when slow What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Semi toxic. They don't care how productive you are all that matters is how long you have been with the company when it comes to getting hours when it's slow. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Run your butt off you end up with more work. Lazy slow workers are never asked to do more.

Linehaul driver.
Truck Driver Class A (Current Employee) - Middletown, PA - May 4, 2023
When we are busy, it's great money wise if you're at the bottom of the extra board...life will be rough...very. you will be sent to all the lovely places no one else wants to go to(looking at you west long Island and all of NJ) I was bottom guy for well over a 1yr 6months....but once I started getting guys below me it became easier. When we are slow....it's pretty bad you don't know when you'll be called or if at all, you can work the dock for 8hrs a night if you want....but if you are the bottom guy and decide to work the dock and they pop up with a west long Island and no one takes it and you might be 4hrs in on working the dock and gate out at 5am welp good luck on your 14hr day there driver:) other than that I can not complain I've worked at A LOT of warehouses and 1 other ltl company and I've never been treated as good as I am here I truly like my dispatchers 99% of them are rock stars my OMs are good people and actually give a *fill in blank* ? about their drivers. Besides ups we are paid pretty good at top rate when we are busy it's not uncommon to make 2k-2600 a week(b4 taxes) it's hard to make that as a local driver home every night (unless on a layover bid) most otr guys ain't even hitting 1500 b4 taxes and they live in a truck...think about that.
Pros
Pay, benefits, dispatch, 2015ish to 2023 trucks all auto maybe 1% of the fleet is standard.
Cons
At the will of the economy if it's bad we are struggling for runs...

Always busy
Truck Driver Class A (Former Employee) - Fife, WA - April 30, 2023
Personally, I don’t care for LTL but it’s work and it’s consistent. The Pay was best I’ve seen in the local trucking industry and benefits were great,. I am a early morning person and I started there that way, by the end the had me working the evening shift and that is the main reason I left.
Pros
They had work
Cons
Work shifts

Good place to make some serious money
Truck Driver Class A (Former Employee) - Huber Heights, OH - April 10, 2023
I worked here for 24 years before retiring. You can make excellent money, but you will work some long hours. The benefits are decent and the more seniority you have, the more choices in runs you will have.
