Fedex uses a background check system that will also do checks in any other started you've lived in within the past 5 years. I lived in 7 states in the past 5 years and it took a month. FedEx's background check company usually sends out an email letting you know that the background check has been completed and submitted; at this point should you be eligible then you'll receive a call within the next few days about orientation. 1wk-1mo.

The advice I would give to the CEO is he/she needs to make sure his management team is up to par with everything and if SOMEONE makes one mistake
A little mistake that is they should be given a 2nd chance at least. It’s very hard to find jobs out here so if someone does something that’s Minor in the matter should be punished like suspended without pay not their job taken away from them. And also the CEO needs to be more aware of the cleanliness of the building or OSHA will have be called upon and Everyone will get in trouble. So for all the managers that are there now have absolutely no idea what they are doing and they all need to be evaluated to see if they can handle their so called manager position. So the CEO needs to do more Popups for he/she has to see for themselves exactly what’s going on. A lot of favoritism is happening there to which is a big No No. that is what I would tell the CEO giving the chance should I ever meet he/she.
