  • Just started right before peak season I work between 3-5 maybe rarely6 re a morning.

  • As a part-time, 4 to 6 hours was supposed to be the norm based on what we were told during orientation. However only after a week in we received 2 8+ hours shifts.

We were told that it's normally not this bad but due to COVID, we lost a lot of workers while having an increased workload due to increasing online shopping. A lot of the new workers were tempted to quit really early on because instead of the 2 week break-in period, we had two days with a trainer and spend the rest of our days working over 6 hours with the longest going up to 9 and a half hours and apparently some had to stay even longer than that (although I was told most had a choice to leave sooner by that point).

  • Worked 12 hours a shift no break. 4 days a week.

  • Just started today on weekend shift & right now they are requesting you work an extra day. My reg hours are listed as 20, but the orientation rep said I could work 2 shifts a day (8 hours) and choose to work 6 days a week. We are in peak right now though, so not sure how it is normally. But right now is 48 hours a week if you want it from what I gathered. I hope this is the case. These answers about 2 hour shifts are making me nervous...

  • About 2 hours a day. I applied for a shift that was supposed to give me 6 hours a day. This is a dangerous job to take when you need money because you think it's FedEx so they'll pay good, but they don't give you the hours you sign up for.

  • So you’re telling me I will be working 2-3 hours a day bringing in around 2-300 a week? If that. Lmao

  • A typical Rialto day is 8 to 10 hours. There are no schedules or even goals or expectations of what we are trying to accomplish. I have a start time and I am finished when the manager of the day says, go home.

  • Must be 7-8 hrs daily depending upon person to person

  • Right now, I work 6 days a week, 6-11 hrs a day; Saturdays are 5. During regular peak, I work 11am-10pm/1am. There are no break times allowed.

  • 2 hours in the location I was in.
