I recently got denied a shipping position for a assault 3rd misdemeanor which occurred 2 years ago. I completed a probation sentence of 1 1/2 years this took place in CT I’m not sure how it works in other states hope this answers your question.
How about an assault 4 charge? Was a plea.
Almost 2 years old now. Still on probation.
It is a misdimeanorIllegal drug usage.
Felonies or any theft charges or inability to perform any of the job function required
Felonies thief, grand Larceny etc
