Very poor training and the the manager says it’s your fault. Manager and district manager just want things to look good on paper. No teamwork. You can get by doing absolutely nothing because you won’t make errors. The others have to carry the load and thus make errors. Manager hired an assistant manager who was a Human Resources and customer service nightmare. But on paper they had position filled. I went in investing in fedex office as a career. They had no investment in me. I’m a great employee and they lost me. Serves them right
No. All hiring is done online. When there is a position open at the location you need to apply over the website and then if they feel you are a good fit, you will receive a phone call.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make FedEx Office a better place to work?
Its already a better place, I will make FedEx likelihood to recommend by every customer.
Why do they keep an employee that doesn't do their job or is substandard at best?
Because the worst employees came from the old Kinko's days that gave great raises so they make big $$$$ and there seems to be no way to get rid of them so $10 employees pick up the slack for $20+ per hour employees. There's your answer as they will never leave until they die or retire.
