Yes they do and they go back I know for a fact they go back to at least 2007 on background checks reason I know this is because I was hired 6-22-2020 pending a background check and I had a felony in 2007 and that showed up so I didnt get the job .Hope this help you
No, FedEx will not hire felons in Illinois. Illinois also had unlimited access to background. They can go back 50 years if they want to. I have applied 3 times (I know a FedEx contractor) and finally got a letter from corporate saying my past felony conviction made me ineligible for employment.
No, they don't hire ex-felons for the driver's position18 years ago went to jail for possession with intent havent been in trouble since. so this week they came back and said no.
I worked in HR and each case is looked at individually. Many factors determine if someone with a felony is hired. What was the felony, how long ago was it, had the person had a stable work history and stayed out of trouble for a substantial period of time etc. Background checks are done and if you lie about a record they will know.
Yes they do! Im 38 and had a couple of occurrences when I was younger. To be exact two felonies from when I was 16 and 19. Took along time to even be considered for any decent position but with time I was able to get this position
