I had my interview yesterday at 3:30 and it was super laid back. Nobody was there except security guards and janitors and some other people. The guy who interviewed me didn't make me feel bad that I never had a job and gave me a rundown on what to expect and how long he's been at Fedex (17 years). He just asked me would I have any issues lifting heavy objects and would I accept the job offer (only questions I can remember). He also said that Fedex recognizes hard work and, they push their employees to go to college. As of right now I'm waiting for my background check to pass or whatever not sure how long it takes though. He said after the background check clears I'll get a phone call for an orientation (I doubt it but, we'll see) If I could get this as my first job I'd be so grateful. Seriously, I've been trying to work since my sophomore year and never could get hired because, I have no experience. Anywho that's the interview process for you.

Very easy and simple... I filled out application online, next day was asked to pick interview time, once you get there show you around hub, then start interview process.. Mines was short and simple like 3 questions... Just depends on who interview you... Just be yourself Ex: what shift you want to work?

I did online app on a Friday 8pm. The following Tuesday morning I was called for an interview the next day. 7 days later I’m taking road test, physical and road test. Pretty fast, cause I’m told it’s usually a 5-6week process.

Easy Enough, but in the long run of it they waste your time from application ,interview, drug test and end up giving you a run around when starting.
Don't get caught up in their bs lies

Ok let’s say I filled out an application tonight before sleeping
, the just called me the day after for an interview this one was 9 question about how did you deal with customers and your managers in your previous jobs and it was easy and the lady was nice.
The day after they called to go to the office and pick up the paperwork for the drug test I just went the same day and had my screening the same day, I went back to the office and gave’m a copy and that was Thursday, the next Monday I received a copy of my background check says I’m clear and I checked online for my application and found out it changed from ( in progress to offer excepted) the next day I called them to ask if there’s anything else I have to do or I just need to wait, they said the office in San Francisco is down to managers so that why they didn’t call you right after receiving the background check today is Wednesday I hope they call me this week for an orientation
Good luck for every body

I interviewed for FedEx in October 2017. Basically I got a call saying come in for an interview they were looking to hire 3 people. My interview was with two supervisors, who took turn asking me questions about my pass experience. After I would answer a question they would write everything I said down. Some questions were long so make sure you pay attention. Then I got a call asking me if I still wanted the job and where to go take my drug test.

Well I applied, got a interview and was ask numerous question which I never know jobs to do but anyway got finish with interview then they will tell you when we get done interviewing everybody then we will see who is the best fit for the job. Really so you waste gas and time just to get a email telling you is not consider for the job really get out of here when you got the experience. Full of it to me.
