Hard Work
Package Handler (Former Employee) - Sterling, VA - July 8, 2016
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedWorking in a warehouse environment with extremely physical work that has to be done quickly to get mail to customers. Not much compensation and mostly part-time work. There is some opportunity for advancement, but it is difficult to advance unless you are willing to relocate. Good for a part-time job if you have other sources of income.
Pros
friendly managers
Cons
little breaks, extremely strict on being on time

Decent First Warehouse Job
Package Handler (Former Employee) - Romeoville, IL - September 13, 2023
Thankfully I had an amazing team working with me to ensure we got our section cleared, however upper management was a nightmare. During a literal snowstorm, they still tried to make employees come in and even if your shift is supposed to end at a certain time, we left standard 1-2 hours late. The constant bonus’ and surges were a big part of why I stayed but once they ended, the amount of work is nothing close to what you’re being paying at base salary.

Great job
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Griffith, IN - September 13, 2023
Only down side was working in the bad weather conditions. Through heat, rain, hail, sleet or snow you have to work through it. If you like working alone and at your own pace within a good timing, this job is perfect for you

Horrible Place
Package Handler (Former Employee) - Middletown, CT - September 11, 2023
4 hour shifts that will sometimes be called early, or the time to come in will be changed last minute. Break your back for minimal gain. They denied my vacation so I left.

Great company if you want to work your way up to management or simply have a part-time job while in school. Fedex is also great for if you need a little extra as a 2nd job and has good benefits.

Revolving door
Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) - Blauvelt, NY - September 10, 2023
Not a very good place to work, low pay, hard to advance, little to no communication from management. It was a revolving door, new people joined then left 24/7.
