They're hiring during Covid!
Despite the tarnishing of their brand in the media, this is a great place to work. The people are hard working and truly want to do the best that they can to make a positive difference. Work/ life balance is what you make it, as is professional development and advancement.
Pros
Good benefits, stable work

Awesome Career
It is a great place to work. A very family friendly environment with great pay & benefits. The things you experience are awesome. One day you could be in an airplane doing surveillance of a subject to an illegal narcotic trafficking organization and the next day you could be interviewing a high-profile elected official. It's not just a career, but a calling. You go home every day feeling like you’re making a difference.
Pros
The experiences you have
Cons

Highly intense and very rewarding
Great job satisfaction and very meaningful work. Unfortunately, the President of the United States does not respect the FBI, calling its investigations witch hunts and the issuing of legal search warrants as break ins. The morale in the FBI must be negatively impacted by the steady stream of lies. It is a shame because before this occupant of the White House the FBI was a venerated institution.
Pros
Job satisfaction; good salary
Cons
Gets little respecr
