Meaningful and rewarding work. Great atmosphere full of people who are dedicated to fulfilling the mission and getting the job done. Some days are 9-5, some are not. Days/hours can be long, hard, and unpredictable at times, but that's the nature of the work. Work/Life balance is supported and is generally manageable.
