I was in school full time and often times I had a pile of work on my desk. This was most stressful, but it got done.

I would make sure that employees are not being overworked. I don't want their health to be affected by working hard that they forget that they have a life outside the Fed. This I would do by spreading out the work evenly amoung employees and not overburdened them. I would also give them certain breaks that they can use to clear their minds.
