Great work environment with excellent management
Fed UpFoods has a good company culture with a positive management team which makes it a great place to work. The company provides great healthcare and 401k benefits which is great for employee retention. Best place to work. Great people. We are like a family. I started entry level and quickly worked my way to management. The owners are very compassionate and involved. Must be One of the Favorites!!
If you are one of the "favorites" you are basically safe. BUT, if you are not then you have zero job protection. They will look for ways to get rid of you.Poorly managed and their new CEO will destroy this pathetic company.
