The money is great, however the management doesn’t care about you, to them you are just another number, another body to make them money. During the busy season they will run you down to the bone with little to no appreciation. Also, a lot of toxicity and other dangers floating around...

This is a great place to learn about the production of beer. It is a very popular place among locals. They also have special events and can accommodate weddings and other events.

Management is incompetent. Managers are creeps, gamblers and cokeheads who harass the female staff and barely interact with the rest. People who work the hardest are appreciated the least. Did I mention the scumbag managers The new GM basically does nothing but get drunk at the bar and hit on the servers and the other manager has a history of harassing females and the Fegley's are aware and do absolutely nothing about it. I've never seen a place get consistently worse and worse in my entire work history.

Fun company to work for, lots of fun employees to work with everyday. Managers are very easy to talk to generally, and will always do what they can to help you out in any situation. Lots of loyal customers as well as employees that you can expect to see on a regular basis.
