Focus on training EVERYONE the vitality of communication between each other, not just when something goes wrong. Give everyone a chance to be trained properly in their position, as it needs more than just a couple of days or weeks of hands on training after the online training. During evaluations, train the manager giving the reviews to pay attention to the workers interest in moving to a different position - don't just ignore it, since something might be going wrong on the manager's part or the worker could just be unhappy
