Horrible company to work for.
Counter Associate/Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) –  Lakewood, NJJune 5, 2019
Unless you are related to someone @ Ferguson or have very good friends. You will not advance in this place. Too many cut throats. Plus the Managers love to hide between aisle and racks just to spy on other workers. It's crazy in Lakewood N.J. I resigned because if I didn't it would not have been good for the manager. Like I said, you could be the best picker, receiver and unless you know someone the work you put in means nothing.

Business had some flaws but a great starter position. Heavy on personal life but can support a household. Hours are varied and unpredictable. Great job security.

Good Job
Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) –  Charlotte, NCMarch 28, 2019
Good job for making money and burning calories in the warehouse. Never boring, there is always something you can find to do to help out. Extremely hot in the summer, but it pays off and is a good workout.

Would not ever recommend this place. They sugarcoat everything and make it seem like you’re getting a promotion, only to bring in someone who knows half what you do and pay them more than you while you have to teach them. It’s a cult. Would never work there.

It's an ok company if you wanna stay there but the only way to move up is to suck up to management. You work hard and long hours. That I don't mind but the pay isn't enough.

If you come into the warehouse its very hard to move up the ladder. They will feed you sometimes but getting tossed around from position to position is draining.

Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) –  Anaheim, CAFebruary 8, 2019
I would clock in at 7 am and not get out of there close to 8 pm at night. management was poor and if you tried to request a day off they would first see if management wants to take any days off that your requesting. If so you wouldn't get the time off no matter how far in advance you would give them.
Pros
tons of overtime
Cons
horrible management

job was fun, but management gave no support and under payed
Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) –  Pasco, WAJanuary 21, 2019
The management treated warehouses workers like 2nd class citizens. She never cared about safety, or lookin to blame other people for her losing associates. The GM also turned a blind eye to all of this as long as the Apollo Inc account was bringing in money. In all company was good to work for, just the branch I worked at was run buy the high school popular kids.

The hours and job tasks

Great Experience
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXJanuary 4, 2019
Great work experience. I enjoyed working in the Warehouse at my own pace. It was hard work but it was fun. There is a lot of responsibility that you must have over the products and orders. I wish i could have stayed but it was a more career oriented job and i needed to prioritize my education.

Set hours, breaks

My assumption is they paid indeed to delete negative reviews as many are no longer listed since they had the help from indeed to host a job fair.. other distribution centers also had job fairs. Please be advised of such.

Poor management
Warehouse Associate (Current Employee) –  New Hudson, MIOctober 9, 2018
Poor management makes the job harder as you are not treated well. Tells you you are not fast enough when just starting something new, Put you on a 90 day waiting period to basically see if you can handle the job all the while your assigned boss is demeaning and harsh, which makes it hard to want to continue employment.
