Maker the bulk driver postion more friendly, higher wage or at least a raise if they do good, plus have tanks easier to get too. A lot of the tanks were covered by vegetation or put so far in the back through plants in flower gardens you couldn't get a hose to it without crushing something. Need to be near driveway or up front if possible. That's why I left. A lot of stress.

Fire your GM, DM, and your Route Managers in the Midwest especially Michigan. Hire some that have some common sense.
Sell the Company
Stop being so cheap..no bonuses, no incentives and no raises ....equals low productivity always !
Stick too your policy, race creed color,or age should not matter, transparency is not true, you need to look at promote within, like you guys always say in these meeting, not someone from another branch has not been with company long enough to steady the hand held, don't have any means of fixing something , that don't require it,try harder to keep the front line happy, that's the drivers, they are the one who makes this company the money.
Focus on your management before your specialist. Specialist that come with a great background is always good, listen to them first. They always went through people fast now I know why after I suffered it for two years.
