okay
worked as a produce clerk part time. after a while job becomes easy and you often are left alone to close the department. they try to make you greet every guest when they want you to be filling displays on the floor. pay is not good. flexible hours and very friendly staff.

Its alright
Work-life balance
Work life balance and festival foods wasn't that good either if your car breaks down or something they don't really give you much room to keep working for them at that point they don't really believe in having days off work

Fantastic place to work
Just an all around great place! Associates are family and the leadership truly cares about you. Great opportunity for advancement. Once you get to be a manager, you’ll make really good money!

People are nice but pay is low
The place is a good starter job but the pay is very low and there is absolutely no pay raise growth. As a cashier right now I’ve been stuck at 9.50 and they bounce me around in the cashier position, click N Go position, Self check, bagging etc etc, so all in all I’m putting in far more work than what I’m actually getting paid. Also they are based off a point system so if you miss so many days because of something personal you get points.

Coworkers were nice, management was clueless
Enjoyed my job most days. Was not given the support needed when asked. Was often left to fend for myself with no lunch break during an 8 hour shift.

Why do you want to work for Festival Foods? Have you worked in a grocery store before? What department would you prefer to work in? What is your relevant experience?

I had a 5 minute open interview. I would encourage anyone applying to be very prepared, as you only have one, brief shot.
