Low salary for the work done

I liked working to the company as a hold. Summer months were somewhat of a challenge because of lack of inventory. Both delivery and the supply of product.

Flexibility, great job because you have to be self motivated.

It was a great company to work for but top management never bothered to ask middle management in the field their opinions on operations. Benefits were great, loved the job. Worked there over 20 years.

Productive and exciting to meet our Clients...

FGXI- is a good to work for. The Pay could be better. I enjoyed having the freedom to make my own hours for the most part. However, you are required to finish all your stores in the time given. Over all is a good job!!
