Sales Consultant Hudson Valley (Former Employee) –  Newburgh, NYJanuary 16, 2019
A typical day at work would be calling customers and come and go customers to give ultimate satisfaction. Management were well picked people and very generous and helpful. Hardest part of the job was taking rejection and handling rejections from people.

That depends on the management team that was running the company at that time
Chrysler Executive (Former Employee) –  Auburn Hills, MIJanuary 15, 2019
Too many company ownership issues to feel secure. The company went through too many senior management changes to feel part of a long term team. No one enjoys working in a unstable working environment
Pros
Great company
Cons
Too many ownership changes

asembler (Current Employee) –  belividereJanuary 12, 2019
Horrible place to work. horrible. you think good pay. you pay for with body. tear you hands . every hurts. and complain you never advance it take 20 plus year. it good if young but over 30 it awful you never get ahead. the people who there as team leader never leave. and the good job those people never leave. so stuck on hard line tearing up hand and body. you never advance. you never get on days. the A shift get all overtime which high seniority. you don't get it if things are tight. it very corrupt. you basically work slave for 15 plus years.
Pros

Cons
hard labor bad jobs. no advancement no day work

Just dont do it they promised the world and dont deliver. They find every little reason to blame and punish employees weather or not it's their fault or not.

Aggressive hard driving work environment
Production Control Specialist (Former Employee) –  Auburn Hills, MIJanuary 11, 2019
This was a very lean working environment. Completion of normal daily tasks required vigilance. Often, in the support of production facilities additional emergency meetings and projects were added to the workload. Completing a difficult day with the resolution of unforeseen problems provided a sense of accomplishment.
Pros
Relative autonomy, good pay and benefits
Cons
Heavy work load

SALES/DRIVER EAST CAROLINA (Former Employee) –  Greenville, NCJanuary 10, 2019
Great place to work but you work a lot of hours. For some, it is very stable. You have to do a lot of prospecting. It is very competitive and you must treat it as a personal business inside a business. Can be stressful like any other job.

Team Leader (Current Employee) –  Belvidere, ILJanuary 10, 2019
In my 7 years of working there, I've experienced a lot of ups and downs in the company, mostly ups. Sometimes it can be a hostile environment. People are working hard long hours. Supervisors are very unorganized, unfriendly, and very hard to work with. You really have to show leader ship for your team when something goes wrong or they will just walk all over you. Besides that it's a great place to work and most people are friendly.

Qualified for Chrysler QS9000 Internal Assessor (Current Employee) –  Perrysburg, OHJanuary 5, 2019
A typical day at work would be trying to meet the expectations of management quota for the line we were working on always aware of quality and keeping production running up till our normal scheduled break time. I have learned so much throughput the 22 years of service in a Union shop. The hardest part of the job is trying to keep machinery running and everyone being engaged in their responsibilities as a Union member. The most enjoyable part of my job is when I'm able to be involved in the aspects of administrative duties such as WCM methodology.
Pros
I'm asked for vountary overtime and the benefits given to us.
Cons
I really can't think of a con right at this moment.
