Long, I had to come back for 2 additional interviews, all of which were over 2 hours long.

Basic interview questions, turn over is so high you will probably get the job if they call you in for an interview

There's a possibility of moving from an hourly position as a lab tech or similar to a salaried analyst job, which I've seen happen several times. Technically you could then be promoted to a group leader position, but that's a much rarer occurrence.

1) Apply - if going to get contacted by Fibertec, typically hear within a week. 2) Interview process - is dependent on candidates' availability. 3) Check References - is dependent how quickly references call back. 4) Offer - when offer is extended, a written response is due by a certain date. 5) Other checks - degree, driving record, etc. From time candidate applies to start date with Fibertec: * if candidate is currently employed and wants to give 2 weeks of notice, then typically 4-5 weeks * if candidate is currently not employed, anywhere from 1.5 - 2 weeks.
