Fidelis is a terrible place to work. There are way to many disrespectful people there. The management is awful. There’s a lot of favoritism. Even the director is unpleasant. Hard to approach. There auditing department is very dysfunctional. The way they score you, you alway fall. It’s so ridiculous. I absolutely hate it!!! Fidelis does not treat there employees with respect or compassion.

Take extra care to learn the culture and the unwritten rules before attempting to speak out or attempt change. Be prepared for continual 'shifting sands'. With the rapid growth and high turnover, leadership's direction and focus can do a 180 quickly.
