'A' Players without the attitude

I'm continually impressed with the talent Fidelity brings on. I'm surrounded by top performers without egos. To be surrounded by excellence and not arrogance is inspiring. The company puts people first; making expensive and inefficient decisions when it benefits their clients and/or employees. Management is approachable and people - focused. Managers with hundreds of subordinates know each by name. Team managers consistently and regularly work 1:1 in personalized, humane ways. Very rapid advancement for high performers, paired with judgement-free support and training for those content in their roles.
Pros
Excellent benefits package, unthinkably kind and inclusive culture.
Cons
Large company means that some business units feel invisible and aren't accessed in traditional ways, Some 'fratitude' in early sales roles (well curbed in more experienced roles).

Awesome company
Customer Relationship Advocate (Former Employee) - Jacksonville, FL - April 13, 2022
Great company to work for. They put a lot of effort into your training and give you a good support staff. The people were great, managers work with you. Great benefits and room for advancement. The drawback is that the job is a phone based call center job. Even in different roles it is still a call center job. If you’re good with call center customer service Fidelity is a great place to be.

Fidelity was truly a good place to work. Everyone was friendly and management was the best I've ever worked with. Compensation is quite generous considering the role is a standard customer service job to start. They have fully paid training to help you receive the required certificates to do the job.
