Office Manager in Clearwater, FL

I would definitely not recommend Fieldstone Landscaping as a place to work unless you are desperate; the company is in total chaos, lacks organization, leadership and direction. Consider the following:Fieldstone has been in business for 14 years, yet all senior management has been there a year or less, you will not have the opportunity to grow, the only thing growing at Fieldstone are the weeds. With over 250 plus employees they decided to eliminate the HR department. Don’t expect to get any help with W-4, W-2, benefits concerns, payroll, proof of employment, etc. If you do have a concern or inquiry they will respond back with a website and tell you to research it yourself. They talk about how the company has great culture and how it’s a family, but it is only that...just talk.If you need a job by all means go for it, they will hire because they are always desperate, just make sure you don’t drink the Kool Aid.

Enhancement Foreman in Clearwater, FL 33762
on August 4, 2017
As the Enhancement Foreman, I was given all of the most difficult assignments and followed through with competence and quality. The FieldStone culture was wonderful, and they were very solid in promoting the ethics that made this company one of the best in Tampa Bay. Taking pride in the detail of the finished result and the feeling of enjoyment of happy customers is why I loved it.
