What is required to wear on the interview? What is the hours and salary?

I made the decision to leave Fiesta and to avoid the "Why?" Question because I wasn't trained, the management was the absolute worst they do not care about how they treat they're employees, my manager left at 12, 1 or 2 when she was scheduled till 4:30 I was either treated like I'm suppose to be a supervisor or treated like I'm not good enough, people who weren't managers acted like managers including the girl who started last week, they left me with a lazy and coworker who wanted me to do everything AND they were leaving me all by myself starting the 2nd week I was there and still continued to do so even after getting the new girl. I do NOT recommend working for them and have been trying to make a complaint but can't find a way to!

Very quick but long process you have to get educated on your job before you do it you watch training videos to give you the idea of what's gone happen the hiring process is OK you come in from an interview an they ask you a brief amount of questions and about your self and why you really want the job an if they approve of you you be hired the next day

High sale to labor hour. This means if your salary you are going to do a lot of labor yourself. No over time for employees. Majority of new workers have to be hired in as part time. Makes it hard to retain employees.

Increase the pay, fire staff that should have been gone a long time ago, hire off-duty police officers for security, bring back customer/employee appreciation, make use of all registers by hiring enough cashiers, and stop cutting the budget
