Training Manager (Former Employee) – Washington D.C. – August 20, 2015
I was originally brought on to temp for 3 months. They adjusted the schedule so I could maintain my previous job, but I was able to fulfill the role of junior training coordinator. Having no experience as a training coordinator I expected to leave when the 3 months was done, but they hired me. When more advanced roles became available I was always considered, and I eventually was promoted to training manager. Benefits are great, co-workers are awesome, and management does their best to help when problems arise.
