Very high volume fast paced environment, with matching high turn over rate (most people quit) pretty good pay if you have experience but can work your way up. However, from my point of view it’s a very toxic place to work if you are sensitive to people and attitudes around you. Management changes here a lot and there’s a lack of efficient solutions to minor and major problems. Instead of feeling like a complete team enviroment you may get pushed away or may have to go out of your way to get things done. Customers are valued more than employees.

Managers need to give more constructive criticism. Instead of saying "That shirt's not in dress code" they managers will walk by and say "That shirt's awful." They do quartely reviews, which is nice, but they wait until then to bring up everything you did wrong. I'd rather be told along the way so I can fix my actions.
