Hospitality means to me is making sure your guest is welcomed in a timely matter and your are efficient and prompt. Also it is important that the guest has very thing they need when tbere food comes and are satisfied with their food. The most imp3 thing is to cater to their needs so they are happy with their experience so, they will return.

Very high volume fast paced environment, with matching high turn over rate (most people quit) pretty good pay if you have experience but can work your way up. However, from my point of view it’s a very toxic place to work if you are sensitive to people and attitudes around you. Management changes here a lot and there’s a lack of efficient solutions to minor and major problems. Instead of feeling like a complete team enviroment you may get pushed away or may have to go out of your way to get things done. Customers are valued more than employees.

Training is adequate and detailed. They cover the whole restaurant and make sure employees understand their new knowledge. They have tests and food shows. I felt extremely confident by the end of the training period.

Get a manager that actually cares about his (or her) employees and guests. Don't be so cheap because it's not a cheap restaurant. I understand to make some things cheaper but not when it bothers the guests that are paying for our fine dining. Have managers that aren't disrespectful and anti social. How can you manager a restaurant (that deals with customer service) and be socially awkward? You can't.
