I worked about 20-30 hours a week, only way to get more hours was to switch shifts with other people.

It depends on where you are, the one in UT I worked at was awful. Abusive co workers and owners that would make you work 10-12 hr. Shifts with no break. The one in CO was a bit better and the co workers were awesome but the hours were not consistent even with promise that they would be, owners would also micro manage and check the cameras every 15 minutes.

No benefits, only get a discount on the day you work but you have to eat it at the store, you cant get a sandwich at the end of your shift and take it home with you.

Just depend. If it black shirt is just a crew member as well. Cz some store won certain competition which the entire crew got black shirt. But any colour with collar is the manager or the owner.
