The pace varies depending on where you work. They offer home care, medical daycare, and residential, so each location has a different pace. Its really nice to have the options though, if you need a change of pace you can contact HR and they help relocate you to another area that may work better for you.

Fast paced. Must be knowledgeable ask questions and ask for additional training if needed. Nurse Educator on site seems very nice and able to assist.

Depends on the area you work in. homecare is a slower pace because you are only caring for 1 patient. The residentials are faster paced since you are caring for multiple patients with varied needs. The work load in the residential is manageable though, we have enough help from co-workers and management.
