10 hour minimum. 5 days a week, little pay. Plan on working OT. You do not get time-and-a-half even if you work 70 hours as a technician.
Firestone has not set hours for employees, they will "own" you and change your schedule daily to fit the corporate need.
Store manager 50 hours (salary)
Service Manager 40-45 hours
Tire Manager 40-45 hours
Customer Service 30-40 hours
Technicians 42-49 hours a week with 30 hour flag time guarantee as long as you work the posted schedule and it’s over 40 time clock hours
Hope youre single, have no social life, and keep camping gear in your car. Becausr youll be here 65+ hours a week, no lunch breaks, no smoke breaks, no time to rest. You cant even plan for a social life. Pull up a cot dude, youll work so much that you may as well move in and live there.
12 hours a day 5-6 days a week. No lunch break for technicians

24 7 it seems.
Hours were fine. We were only open Monday thru Saturday. And rotated Saturdays. So not bad at all

It was like a sweat shop for me. At least 10 hours/day working by flat rate. Not for me. I left after 9 months.
