9-12 hours. They have such little staff that you are expected to do the work of several people for unreasonably small pay.

One has to be flexible to work at a pace as necessary to meet deadlines. Overall, I would recommend First American s one of the best places to work.

Might be nice at first but keep your resume updated, you could be terminated without notice for reasons that have nothing to do with you.

They like to pretend they care about the employees and flaunt their "100 best workplaces" award, but do not care enough to pay you fairly or not work you into the ground.

I refuse to tell anyone about FATCO. This job was a job taken after 2008 and was the one I could get. It was an enormous step backward in terms of career path. There is no opportunity for advancement if you are older.

You get different types of pto and time off you can accrue. They have a call off line that will auto file when you need to call off a day. Notifies manager for you and saves hassle.
